All drawings will include a 3 watermarks & a signature. the large watermark will be removed after the final payment however the signature and small watermarks will not be removed

After receiving payment, All Purchases are non-refundable, No exceptions!

If you are looking for a mascot design commission, please come with a proper contract and if i agree to the terms we may contiune the discussion via email

I only accept USD and payments must be done through Ko-Fi Only, if you want to pay in a different currency please convert it before you do so.I will not accept ETH or any form of crypto as payment for any commissions

All commissions must be paid in full upfront. For the more bigger pieces or animation pieces ($100+) I can negotiate a payment plan (for more info, check the Process and Delivery Tab below)

I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on refunds)

If your commission exceeds over $100+ I am willing to negotiate a payment plan incase you feel uncomfortable dropping a large sum of money. Please note that this option is only available for the more pricey and complex commissions

While I'm working on your commission I will ask if you'd like to see the process (Sketch>Line>Color>Final) This is the perfect opportunity for you to point out any changes you'd like to make to your piece, however if you'd like this image to be a surprise for you, you are free to decline to see the process

I will be willing to provide a speed paint video will be provided after the commission is completed. These are usually reserved for more complex detailed pieces or pieces that i feel proud to have worked on. if you would like one anyway do not be afraid to ask.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 day - 3 months depending on factors such as health, complexity of commissioned piece, other work, family issues,etc.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap via Email/DM.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image via your email, if you have payed it half-way, a watermarked image will be provided until you have payed it full. Please note that there is no physical product.

The first 3 revisions will be free, any more after that and i will charge a fee (+$20) will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless, of course, a misunderstanding from my side has been made. minor fixes will be done free of charge

If your reference Shaded or is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge, so do provide a clear unshaded reference at the beginning of the commission

All changes are final, you cannot come asking for another change weeks/months/Years after the prior one, if you want me to redo your piece at a later date, you will have to recommission me

If your commission has a flat color background and you come back and ask me to paint over it, I will refuse service due to the time constraints it takes to do so.

Promote myself with it (use it in my protfolio or as commission examples)

Display it everywhere to my liking

Post it to my social medias

You can use the Art piece for personal usage ONLY (unless you have payed the commercial license fee, or have gone through negotiating a contract with me)

You must credit me when you use the artwork. If no credit is given i will give you a 24hr warning before i go through the DMCA process

Please do not give, share, or commission for those who have been blacklisted (will link to list if requested, all reasons will stay anon.)

do NOT repost the artwork with edits that has cropped, altered, removed, or obstructed my watermarks.

If you as a customer become inappropriate or hostile, your commission will become voided, you will be refunded and will be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.

reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way. If you would like to use it commercially on a large scale we would have to have a In-depth discussion about it first.

Claiming the artwork as your own and refusing to give me credit

Removing my signature/watermark from the artwork

Altering the artwork without my consent

Using my work for any blockchain, NFT or AI Image Training

I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased). failure to comply will be cause for you to be blacklisted from my business.

I will not give commercial licenses to any person(s) who intend to use any commissions for any AI Image Training, blockchain, NFT, cryptocurrency or any invention within that space. if its discovered to be the case, you will be blacklisted and I will look into pursuing legal action

I will do everything I can in my power to make my customers happy and will try to meet deadlines if given!

If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

the buyer is not allowed a refund once payment has be sent, I will only refund if i am unable to proceed further with the commission or if i refuse the Ko-fi commission

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission or feel i am unable to complete the piece to the best of my extent, I will alert you and you will receive a full refund immediately.

Partial refunds will be given if i accidentally overcharged a client after the payment has been received. I will send an alert to you before i send the refund over.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point , you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give PayPal our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore you will be block from my socials and blacklisted for commissioning me again.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to ordering your commissioned piece.

Inform me of if have a deadline in mind for your commission (birthday, Anniversary, important occasion, etc) I'll do my best to try and complete the piece before the deadline

Provide me as many clear references as you can for your Character(s) and Background (if you ordered one) this can also include rough sketches of the action/pose you want for the characters or how you want the background to look, don't be afraid of giving a rough sketch to me.

Do not give me shaded references as those make it very hard for me to color pick the proper colors for your piece

Communication is Key: if you feel something is off or you need a change, do not hesitate to let me know or provide the missing material

Mascot Character Design Commissions will require that you come to me with a legally binding contract and you must be open for negotiations, if i accept your terms then we can continue the discussions via emails

What Character(s) you'd like me to draw: Please be sure to provide Unshaded reference(s) or if thats not available,a a rough sketch or reference images of things you'd want in the piece or pose/ action you'd like them to preform

Additional Info on the characters personality, Occupations,Traits, etc. (Please keep it short)

Describe what you want out of the picture. Be as descriptive as possible, use bullet points with information that would help, or provide a rough sketch for the details) remember: do not be afraid of provand me a rough sketch as that helps me out more than you realize

Any additional info such as Occupancy, Character Quirks or other minor details that you feel would help the piece

If you are looking to add a hyper detailed background, it will be mandatory that you provide exact imagery of what you want it to look like and any particular objects/furniture/characters/etc. you'd want in the piece, if you dont show/tell me what you want in the piece, it won't look right

You are not permitted to make physical merchandise (Shirts, Cups, Prints,Stickers, Etc) Unless you have approached me with a legally binding contract that I have agreed and signed to.

You have to give me proper attribution if you post/use it (this includes, Shoutouts/Links to my socials)

cannot claim that you drew it, If you proceed to do this, i will issue a 24hr warning that you recind the statement, failure to comply will have me proceed with a DMCA take down and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future
